Happy Monday!
Valentines has passed so it is time to turn our attention to a different heart – the one that keeps us going! February is Heart Health Awareness Month and for good reason. Heart disease is the leading killer of women and men. Taking care of ourselves and keeping our hearts healthy is of paramount importance.
That is why I am so excited to have Rachel Muskopf on the blog today. I have been following Rachel for a couple of years and love her energetic, upbeat personality and commitment to health and wellness. With that said, it was only about three weeks ago that I found out about Rachel’s journey with her heart. Please take a few minutes to watch our discussion and learn more about how you can help your heart!
More about Rachel
Rachel hails from Virginia (like me), is 47 years old and enjoys the sparkle in life with energy, a smile, and extra long lashes. She lives with her wonderful husband and soulmate (married 20 years in September) along with 2 furry persian kitties, Sebastian and Vincent. After her health scare in 2017 (watch the video for details), Rachel continued to develop her passion for helping others with their health and fitness journeys. She is a Beachbody coach and is blessed to be able to lead a growing virtual accountability group of ladies focused on building a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. To learn more, look for her on Facebook and Instagram sharing helpful tips daily about mindset, nutrition, and fitness @rachelmuskopf.

This is such an important topic and I love Rachel’s callout to TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF! If something isn’t right, get your cute self to the doctor (not good at taking my own advice). Be a guardian and protector of your own health – xo
Yes, Miss Kate! I will be on your case about it 🙂 xoxox
