Now, I know Ina, the Barefoot Contessa and one of my all-time favorites, believes in measuring to the tee. In the Afshary house, we tend to be a bit less precise and on this recipe, we encourage you to play around with it. Like things creamier? Add more cream. A little less heat? Less pepper. Like less sauce? Cut the sauce down by 1/4 to 1/2. Have fun with it! It really won’t alter the recipe too much by making a few tweaks and it will match your family’s tastebuds!

And, just a couple of notes from the video; this recipe was adapted from one on We have adapted it based on our tastes; for example, when we double most items and the recipe here is reflective of that (no need to double this recipe).

We hope you enjoy Love Glitter Girl – Cooks. Is there something you would like us to make? Leave a comment and we will whip it up.

Enjoy! Bon Appetit! Nush-e-Jan! Buon Appetito! Guten Appetit! Buen Appetito! Kripyā Bhojan Kā Annaṅd Lijīyai!
